  would’ve been a good experience had LP not thought I was stealing lol. I understand minimizing stolen product but unsure why they thought I was the one to watch - why? because I filled my basket while I was browsing during a SALE and put a few products that I didn’t “need” back on the shelves? I guess everyone should steer clear away from doing such things! I mean I’d assume I was being watched prior to this considering when I put two items back (I’m trying to be intentional with $ I spend esp. at a place like Sephora where NONE of this is a necessity, sue me!) a mature employee stopped right in her tracks and did a sharp u-turn in my direction and asked if I was still “finding everything ok”, to which I said yes and she walked away and said “we’re all good” on her headset. i heard it loud and clear lol I’m not stupid. I worked at sephora for over 8 years, I know the tactics. not a good look and how many of these employees’ interractions are even genuine? leave honest paying clients alone.

  This store is far too small for the number of customers that are inside at any given time. It was impossible to shop. Shelves and products are a mess. At check out, the only communication was “put in your phone number.” The associate talked to her fellow coworker the entire time while I checked out, she threw the receipt in my bag and slid it to me, never stopping her conversation with her coworker to her right. I’ll stick with Ulta moving forward.

  I hope I’m leaving this review for the right Sephora.Just wanted to thank Lexie ( at the Friendly Shopping Center location) again for her help this evening. She took great care of me in helping me find the right facial cleanser and exfoliating cleanser. Really appreciate her help. I’d been completely overwhelmed trying to choose on my own. Thanks so much! Judy

  I walked in the store knowing absolutely NOTHING about where to start for makeup. I have to take headshot pictures for work tomorrow and just needed a quick fix. OLIVIA SAVED THE DAY! I was a bit overwhelmed and almost walked out prior to receiving help, but Olivia was patient and explained each product and step PERFECTLY! She also showed me HOW to apply the product. I now have confidence, at 35, to apply makeup MYSELF! Thank you, Olivia! The only critique for the store: greet EVERYONE that walks through the door and OFFER help.
