  The nurse is very nice and it barely hurt at all. Only drawback is the price; pretty considerable for piercings

  My daughter came in to get her seconds done by JammyLee and the experience went better than expected. My daughter does not have a good pain tolerance and doesn’t like her earlobes to be touched. JammyLee spent a lot of time making sure that the placement of the seconds matched well with her uneven firsts (done by Claire’s) and really walked her through the process to make her calm and relaxed. We never felt rushed or pressured. Rowan is an amazing choice when deciding on getting piercings and JammyLee does a phenomenal job! She got her piercing done at the Friendly Center Mall in Greensboro, NC.

  Victoria was amazing! Was detailed and took her time with us. She made sure we were 100% happy every steps of the way with planning, placement and piercing. She is awesome!

  Jammylee (Sorry if I spelt that wrong! Trying to remember what I read on my card) was so super sweet and a gem to work with! I went in for an appointment for what was my more “major” in my mind piercings for me since I was coming at it with just a few lobe piercings but wanted a helix and hidden helix. She did so great helping me through the whole process from picking the jewelry to explaining everything she would do for the piercing and was prepping, and was also great with conversation in general! I was so nervous to get these piercings but she made me feel so much better and I had no problems at all. Aftercare and next steps were explained clearly too. Couldn’t be happier with my experience and with the new additions to my ear stack. Thank you so much! (I’ll be coming back and snagging those triple white opal studs sometime soon for sure).

  My daughter and I came in about a month ago so I could get my tragus changed and it was great. We went last weekend so my daughter could get her conch pierced but the nurse wasn’t there, big bummer since we live 45 minutes away, but we made an appointment for that piercing today at 3:30. Again, a 45 minute drive, to get there and be told that the nurse who does that piercing wasn’t there. Why wasn’t she there for a booked appointment?!?! When I asked why no one called to tell us that the nurse wasn’t going to be able to make it for an appointment that had been booked for a week, I was told, “well, you could have called us.” Are you kidding! Why would I call to check on my appointment?? That conch piercing was a booked appointment and if you can’t honor that appointment it is up to you, as a high-end retailer, to reach out to reschedule. Very bad business practice!! I hope after seeing this they will make better policies but, as for me and my daughter, we will not go back. They got over $400 from me for my tragus changing, just the changing and the jewelry, no piercing, they’ll not get any more!!
