But in this case; I needed to enter the store to color test some products. After a while of me trying to figure things out on my own and not wanting to bother anyone; I approached Maria . She was the sweetest , most patient Sephora employee I’ve ever encountered. She did not make me feel like I was bothering her. She listened to my concerns and questions and helped me with my products that I needed. She’s very knowledgeable about the products that Sephora sells & also is honest when it comes to reviews . She didn’t just point me to the products she recommended , she walked me to each product I bought with the most upbeat step & peppy attitude ! First time in forever I left a Sephora without a headache & confusion lol.
