- DHDora HaileyJul 7, 20251.0I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 1993/4 been so long I can't remember but I can say I have NEVER been asked for my ID before. Then when I give my ID I'm asked my name to make sure it's me.. I would not feel any type of way If the 4 people in front of me or at least one of them was asked.... but no not one. I don't want to assume anything but there was only one obvious difference between me and everyone else. I should have left everything but my clients need what they need. .... customer service is everything and today was an epic failure. Just rude all around.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
