I just waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time for my appointment that was scheduled and confirmed 2 days ago. When I came in the receptionist said it would be about 10-15 minutes wait bc the stylist previous appointment arrived late. After the initial 15 minutes I was not addressed anymore and waited patiently while the receptionist made 2 more appointments later today for the stylist I've been waiting to assist me, unacceptable. This is exactly why I prefer to style my own hair compared to wasting my day away at any salon. Very disappointed.
