Ever since we were there we have been treated by both of the ladies rudely like we came late even though we were there 5 mins before the booking time. My kid was attended after 15mins and when I asked the hair stylist to trim my kid's beard she responded rudely that it's closing time so we can't do that which was shocking since there was more than 30mins available for closing. She did the haircut in a rush and did not do what my kid asked her to do where she did cut more than what he asked so he is not satisfied. She was acting like we were the one made her late and that's when I realized this is not the kind of establishment I don't want to do business with. So obviously you don't get to deserve a tip at all. We have been going to Great clips for 8 years now near Wendover location but never been treated but looks like they don't have the same standards followed in this location where they treat customer's rudely and unprofessionally. I will be going to try Sports Clips from now on.
