I bought $140 hair extensions for my wedding and was told after the fact that there’s a strict 3-day return window — but no one warned me that if they weren’t the right color or didn’t work out, I couldn’t return them. The extensions are still completely sealed and untouched, and I tried to return them within a few days — but I had already left for my wedding and had no idea I was on a clock. I wasn’t told anything at checkout. Not a single word. When I explained the situation, I was met with zero understanding and rude, dismissive behavior. No help, no flexibility, not even basic decency. $140 wasted on a product I never used, because this business can’t be bothered to communicate their policies clearly. Shameful customer service. Never again.
