I went one day last week at 10 AM, now they only open at 9 AM To get a trim. Three ladies were in the salon, lady A and B Were waiting for customers while lady C Was Cutting a customers hair. I asked if I could have lady B Because I had gone there one other time and she did a great job. Lady A Said of course, but that’s when lady C Popped in and said no she you can do it. Referring to lady B. I explained but lady C Kept pushing the issue for the other lady to do it stating the other one was on break, I said I’d be glad to wait didn’t wanna Mess up her break.Then said oh she doesn’t feel well. If she was sick, she shouldn’t be at work. I was very disappointed in the customer service at great clips. There was nobody else in line, nor was there any customers on the screen waiting to come in. I apologize multiple times to the Lady that was being pushed to cut my hair and then politely asked for my name to be removed and walked out. The lady trying to Push the haircut might’ve been the boss, but needs to go back through training.
