Wanting to get her in as soon as possible, I was told to arrive a few minutes early because her last customer had not arrived as of yet. we arrived 10 minutes early and much to our chagrin, the stylist had her customer in her chair. Being a former and experienced cosmetologist, I didn't think too much of it and decided while my mom waited for her APPOINTMENT to begin, I (AS A WALK-IN) would also get my hair done. Within minutes, I was taken to the back for shampoo & condition. I was back in the stylist chair getting a blow out and then flat-iron when I realize that my mom is still waiting for her APPOINTMENT to begin. This is 30-45 minutes later! My mother does not have hair the length of Repunzel. Trust me when I say, I understand having to service the client; especially if you want a tip let alone a good one. But the long wait; not to mention the stylist never apologized - I CANT STAND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - doesn't set too well with me. I was overall please with the outcome of my hair, most of the staff was friendly and I was impressed by my stylist and some of the other stylists' work. So, we'll be back -- but as walk-ins only.
