The cashier blatantly lied to my face saying that she couldn’t when I know better. I wish I had gotten her name because I would’ve definitely included it here…he deserves the acknowledgment. I will NEVER visit this Sephora location again.

But today I went used a 50$ gift card for a 39$ purchase after the transaction it seemed as the sales rep was going to keep my card until I spoke up that there was still money on it and watching her check the receipt again after checking the balance before putting it in my bag the first time. It gave me an uneasy vibe. Could have been a misunderstanding but giving it thought it’s hard to give the benefit of the doubt.
- AAmy *Sep 2, 20245.0I went in Saturday afternoon for help with a lot of things. I’m in my mid 30’s and haven't wore much makeup in the last few years. I mainly needed help for a foundation product as my skin is currently not in the best shape. I’m very acne prone and needed something for older skin that wouldn’t break me out and would cover up some marks/redness. The woman who helped me was so sweet and non judgemental. She was very knowledgeable about what products would be a great fit for me. She helped me find CC cream, pressed powder, eyebrow pencil, eyeliner and setting spray. I’ve been wanting to ask for makeup product help for a long time but felt a bit embarrassed and intimidated especially since I feel like I probably do not look like a Sephora type of person lol. I will definitely be back again if I need help. My total was a bit pricey but the products she helped me pick were really a great match for me. She did tell me the prices every step of the way to make sure it worked for me. A great place if you feel lost about what would work well for you. She spent a fair amount of time helping me and I really appreciated it.
