- TATj AlexanderMar 28, 20261.0There is one stylist there that is good. Everyone else ranges from okay to downright terrible. I grew my hair out for 6 months and asked for a quarter inch off everywhere and a little extra around my neck. Shonda cut off almost all of my hair on the sides and back and proceeded to leave most of what was on top. So not only have I lost the growth I worked very hard for, but it also looks terrible. Thanks!

Today I went in and explained that we need to reevaluate what is done so I get it cut well. The stylists answer? 'Use a #3 all over." I explained that my hair has a lot of spring, so it would just stand straight up, and I was thinking of more like a scissor cut instead of shears. She reiterated that I should just use a #3. I said again that that was not what I wanted. She said, well "I'm a professional stylist, and that's what you should do." I asked her again what else could be done, and she said she had no idea, just a #3. I was floored by this response, so I took off the apron and said I don't think this is working out. She said "I agree". I could not believe all of the attitude I got from her. I had been going to this location for 20 years, and always tipped very generously, but Great Clips has now lost my business forever.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
