I understand that the lights need to be somewhat bright because of the type of store it is, but it is too bright. Also, the employees are nice but need to learn the headphone rule. If a shopper has headphones on, don't continually ask them if they need things. I have severe anxiety, not of people just of being outside. I know the employees are forced to approach shoppers, but it is unkind to shoppers who just want to be left alone.
