- NYNasir Youngblood5 days ago5.0I haven’t always had great experiences in Sephora nor Kohls because people always come off rude, but I came in last minute trying to buy something for my girlfriends birthday and a nice associate named Janiyah did amazing helping me find everything l needed! She said I couldn't leave a tip so I decided to leave a review because i definitely came in blind. Definitely coming back for future gift shopping, all the girls in Sephora were amazing!

As soon as I walked in I heard an associate say “welcome in” but I realized she wasn’t even talking to me, she was talking to the white lady that walked in AFTER me. I walked around the store FIVE times looking for Anastasia Beverly Hills, and nobody offered me help; or even acknowledged me. The Black associate walking around on the phone didn’t even say anything. Like, I’m offended because I know they all saw me. But it’s cool, I’ll just head to Ulta.
