Yesterday I went to buy some lip gloss and Erica helped me ,she really knows the products and took her time to suggest the best lip gloss that compliment my complexion. great customer service has been consistent at this location.

The lady who helped me was amazing and color matched me perfectly for the foundation! All the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable without coming off as know-it-all. Everyone was genuinely happy to help! After the JCPennny location closed, I was worried I’d have to go to Crabtree to go to Sephora, but I’m happy to see this newer location in Garner! Will definitely be coming back!
