While going through, it was asked for the bangs which were sitting on her eyes to be lifted a bit and they went way too far. Also it is not even. We asked for layers but they stated no, they will not be able to as she is not sitting still. Please do not have a “trainee” cut kids hairs. This was not known when getting the haircut. I wish they would have told us previously. I’ve asked for refund as they have clearly missed the mark. They offered to provide a “adjustment” but we don’t really feel an adjustment can fix this.
