  I only came to Sephora for one product, which they are completely out of. But had to say the customer service is non existent. I was the only person in the store and no one acknowledged me. I was feet from them. No hello, or offer to help me find anything. They went on with their conversation as if I wasn't there. A group of teenaged girls came in, also weren't greeted but when the "beauty advisors" finished their conversation, the older lady walked right past me, still no acknowledgement, to help them. Anyway, I'll order online and get the rest of my products from Ulta

  Extremely rude cashier that would not help. Looks like a late teenager, and would not stop the eye rolling. Can do better with hiring better people with good customer service skills.

  Had the best experience! Two employees Ryan and another employee who was a lovely female with dark hair gave excellent recommendations, incredibly friendly, and were very helpful. Shopping done 2/7 early afternoon.

  The manager at the sephora in kohls in fuquay varina,needs to train her employees to greet every customer that enters the store,and not look at you like what are you doing here.and Stella one of your employees should be helping clients on the floor,not behind the register texting.she looks like she doesn't want to be bothered.will not return this is the worst sephora store in kohls I have been too.
