- SMS M2 days ago5.0I've been trying to post a review since October 25th, but there seems to be something going on with the Google reviews. I wanted to give a big shout out to Jennifer at Sephora (Kohl's-Fuquay Varina). I was shopping for myself and my 7 YO daughter took it upon herself to use some of the testers to apply her own makeup. She claimed that she wanted to look good in her costume for the Trunk or Treat. Jennifer took notice and helped her transform her look. My daughter was so excited and that made me feel good too. Thanks Jennifer!

Cashier did not know what she was doing and was VERY rude in the process of checking me out when normally I would be very understanding to an employee that’s just starting out… beware of this woman who looks about 45 with short hair of and is named either janice or janis or something. you guys really need to hire better employees with the competence of kindness. will not be returning. 0 stars..⭐️👎

- LKLaila KendallSep 29, 20252.0I would like to start off by saying I typically don’t write reviews for bad encounters with customer service but when I heard that one of my friends had a similar experience, I knew I needed to write something immediately. This incident occurred a few weeks ago. I had about 3-4 items with me and got to the checkout line in which the cashier handed me a phone and said for me to type in my email. I politely declined and said that I don’t have an account and don’t want to create one since I am very busy with work and don’t like receiving spam emails. She then proceeded to ask me again and took out some coupons,scanned it for my purchase, and tried to push me into signing up by showing me the discount and then taking it out. Then she mentioned “I will have to bypass this so it doesn’t affect us negatively”. I was quite literally embarrassed to say the least as there were other customers around and this worker was just saying things to make me sign up. Despite this, at the end of the transaction, I said “have a great day thank you for your help” and they responded with nothing and simply ignored me. I don’t really care about what numbers you have to meet or what you have to do but that is not good customer service. I believe their name started with an H, I don’t really remember if it could be like Helen or something. Never going back there!
