  Extremely rude cashier that would not help. Looks like a late teenager, and would not stop the eye rolling. Can do better with hiring better people with good customer service skills.

  Had the best experience! Two employees Ryan and another employee who was a lovely female with dark hair gave excellent recommendations, incredibly friendly, and were very helpful. Shopping done 2/7 early afternoon.

  The manager at the sephora in kohls in fuquay varina,needs to train her employees to greet every customer that enters the store,and not look at you like what are you doing here.and Stella one of your employees should be helping clients on the floor,not behind the register texting.she looks like she doesn't want to be bothered.will not return this is the worst sephora store in kohls I have been too.

  I went into Sephora a couple of days ago. Jennifer was very helpful and patient. I went in there not knowing what to get. She showed me multiple samples and helped me choose the perfect perfume for my wife!!
