- LJLeanna Jennings2 days ago1.0Do NOT go here! Patricia butchered my hair and didn’t care at all! I asked for a simple 1 inch trim and left with 4 inches gone! I could understand 2 inches because my hair is curly and tend to expect that, but 4 inches!!! Then she was rude to me when I told her that she was cutting it too short. Unacceptable! I had been growing my hair out and wanted I kept long and wanted just the ends trimmed, which I told Patricia. When I noticed and expressed that she was cutting too much off, she replied “now it’s healthy”. She was rude and condescending, showing me the hair on the floor saying ”look, that’s not that much” when I had personally seen another stylist sweep the floor under me in middle of the session. Patricia had complete disregard for my request and my concerns. I am very dissatisfied and will never be back. Other stylists just sat and watched. What a disgraceful establishment. Don’t go here!
