Went to get a inch taken off she took off a little more then discussed, my hair wasn’t straightened (my hair is fairly straight when air dried which it was) but I briefly looked at my hair from the back the cut took about 3-5 minutes I get home wash and straighten it and notice it’s so uneven one side is sort of cut at a angle the other is straight across (I told the lady I like my hair to be straight across no layers or v shape) idk I’m so disappointed I waited 2 years to get a haircut because I wanted longer hair now I’m going to have to take off even more to match the sides and spend more money…

I was trying to let it grow up top but at the sides of the top of your head you have to leave it a little longer or it doesnt look right. She cut it too narrow up top and looked like i had a wide mohawk. The stylist apologized and asked the manager if they could not charge me for today. The manager come over and said I was mistreating the stylist, that nobody can make me happy, and that I mistreated her before too (when she screwed up my beard by using the same guard all the way around instead of tapering it) and not to come back unless the stylist I usually use was there. The stylist i usually see (because she can do my beard right) usually works on Saturday and Sunday only, but wasnt there today for some reason and i figured id just get my hair cut, not my beard. But I've never said ANYTHING out of the way to ANYBODY in that place but if it's done wrong I will tell you so you don't do it again. All I said was that that it was done wrong and looked bad.... BECAUSE IT DID!!! I'm not going to leave it messed up, looking like an idiot just to make you feel better. Not to mention.... the lady that cut my hair was obviously sick and couldn't quit coughing and had no business cutting hair in that state. I shouldn't have let her touch me tbh. I don't know her name but the manager there can kick rocks. Thats twice she has been rude to me for no reason, other than them messing up. Only getting a 2 star instead of 1 is because of Cheyenne, the stylist that wasn't there today but always does a great job. I've been going here for about 4 or more years now but I probably won't be back at all after today. And that sucks because Cheyenne actually does great work with a good attitude, unlike the manager

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
