  I went to go buy a perfume a little unsure of what i actually wanted when i met an absolute sweetheart Michelle. She was so helpful and such an amazing sales rep she made my trip 10x easier.

  Went in to get a perfume, and got helped by the beautiful Michelle, she made sure I found a perfume that fit my standards. She was the most helpful sales rep I’ve ever had an experience with at this location!

  I went into Sephora today for the first time in Kohls. There was nobody else in the store but me so there’s no reason for the experience to be rushed. As I approached the females at the counter there was a woman I spoke to regarding a lip product. She was not helpful at all. She pointed me in the direction of the company I needed to buy from but it seemed as if she was trying to push me away and not being very assistive. I tried to inquire about which lip product was superior she said “all of them” I asked if there were any differences and she said no. Thankfully I did my OWN research and asked her, “are they all sticky?” As to which she replied, “no.” Therefore, there IS INDEED a difference between all the products and the one I wanted. I had to INQUIRE and pull the information out of her when she’s supposed to be the professional and knowledgeable one here. I’m a consumer pondering which product is better and why but she acted as if she had no answers for me. Brushing me off. It was unpleasant. I wanted to know which product from that brand would look best for my skin. Again, not as helpful. I gave this store 3 stars only because a different Sephora worker was much more helpful. A different Sephora worker at the counter was also attentive and asked me repeatedly if I needed anything. I felt helped by those 3 ladies but not by the one I initially made contact with. Do better Sephora with your customer service. They are more worried about discussing there personal lives than helping consumers find the products that’s best for them. This is a business, please run it as such.

  Great experience, and the staff was available and helpful. I forgot my phone at the register, and the Cashier was professional when I returned to pick it up. I have never had a bad experience at Sephora!
