- MMMarieApr 14, 20251.0Never Again! I'll be damed if im gonna give my ID for purchases here WHEN THEY KNOW ME and who asks for an ID...miss me on fraud. Have a customer choose to have a pic on file or show ID THEN. . They know who i am and they could of spoke up but their feeling where hurt because I chose to cover my nose and mouth from a employee that had WAY TO MUCH PERFUME ON. Let me mention that I saw the one employee turn her head and say something talking shit about me covering my nose to the employee with the perfume on. It smelt good but it was way to much for me and ill get a headache so i covered my face to avoid a headachethan why is it a problem. I was all good until the one employee wanted to act inappropriate and talk shit about me. Im not stupid. As I waited in line cause they only had 1 employee on the register while 4 where on the clock the new employee asked for ID WHICH I NEVER HAVE TO GIVE and the very same employees that don't ID me where right there and didnt say anything because AGAIN how I didnt want to get a headache from the powerful perfume smell. Then another employee maybe manager or a long standing employee walk out like she needed security and standing over while I'm paying and putting my pin in was inappropriate .Don't get me started on my maden name is on my license but my license says my married name and was questioned on that. My first name is extremely original so it doesn't take a brain scientist....I asked sarcasticly do they need my Marriage certificate also she was offended. I'd have to he supper desperate to even spend money here again. Cosmo Prof it is.
- YYYariDec 15, 20222.0I only step foot in this place if I really need to grab something I need at the moment. There are a couple of nice employees. Though most are not very welcoming and make you feel as if you're bothering them by asking where something might be. It's happened about 3 different times on different visits. If you have a choice, pick a different place to buy your professional equipment. Somewhere that would have appreciation for your business.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
