Sometimes stylists can talk your ear off (it can be too much for me), but thankfully he didn’t do that. He didn’t rip my knots. I actually had one of the best salon experiences of my life. No eyes watering, no overstimulation… a pleasant experience.

I checked in at approx 245 on a Sunday they close at 5 waitime was around 95 mins. I recieved a text at 422 telling me to head to the salon. Upon arriving they asked if I had checked in online. I said yes but they did not have my name so I showed her the text and she added me. Then I over hear her being scolded by another telling her I shouldn't have been added because it is after 430 even though I checked in at like 245. I thought this was extremely rude and underhanded. The inconsistent cuts drove me away before but now I dont think ill be back. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome by the stylist with the blonde bob

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
