However, upon doing this, she noticed that parts of the original style were not completed. Ie: trimming the neck line and getting the sideburns touched up. Overall no clean up of the neckline was done. So this was completed after the extra trimming was taken off the top. The stylist were very kind. But seemed a bit tired and rushed. Steps were omitted that were important to complete a full hair cut/style. These guys have always been kind and welcoming. Great job on the haircut overall.

- BWbrittany williamsDec 30, 20251.0not too fond of this one, i asked simply for a trim of my ends, and to keep the length… the lady continued to tell me “no, i needed layers.” so as she’s doing my hair i’m thinkin she’s trimming my ends, and cut soo much length off my hair it isn’t funny, i almost had to yell for her to stop whatever the HECK she was doing to my hair as if she was going to chop it all off — it was so uneven when i got home , just a awful experience. . she reeked of straight cigarettes too. 10:10 don’t recommend this great clips. they seem like nice folks, but personally would never go there for a hair cut ever again because they clearly do not know what they’re doing with long hair. you definitely get what you pay for going here for a cheap cut. females of long hair , you’ve been warned.

No one in line, there was an available stylist and after someone paid, they asked me to leave. I was told they didn’t think they could cut my hair in 15 minuets. I needed a trim, and every hair cut I’ve had from the past has been less than 10 minuets. I’ll return, but only due to lack of options.
