From the luxurious textures to the heavenly scents, everything about their skincare line is top-notch. A special shoutout to the sales associates at Southpoint Mall—they consistently go above and beyond to assist me in choosing the right products. Their knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine care make every visit a delightful experience. L’Occitane is, without a doubt, the best skincare brand I’ve ever used. Highly recommend!
- NNNancyJul 10, 20211.0Recently visited a resort and there were small bars of the beautiful smelling Milk soap. The bars were pure white in color with a beautiful light perfume scent. I immediately went online and ordered the exact same bar of soap for home. I had the wrapper with me to be sure ordered the right one. What I received was packaged with the same Milk soap but with Shea butter. The soap was an ugly beige color with a distinctive not so nice scent. I realized they changed the bar to have Shea butter. The bar is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER buy from them again until they change the formula back. I threw the bar away it was that disgusting. I noticed the resorts still get the good stuff, what is that about? No more!
