I knew what I wanted, so like most times when going to Sephoras across the country, I simply get my items and leave. I do this, as it is usually always so crowded. This visit was no different, as the store was jam packed with customers. I had difficulty finding one item, but the associate was very quick to help me locate it. The cashier was professional and pleasant. Overall, I my experience was a great one and I was highly impressed by how kind and attentive the staff were on this very busy shopping day. We will return when back in the area (we live in Wilmington).

They didnt accept an exchange one week later and were very rude. Contacted corporate customer service and they said they couldnt do the exchange because it was bought in store- guess i wont shop in store again
