    Made a purchase there and asked the sales rep if I had any points available because I really wanted to try some kerastase items from the reward bazaar. She said I had zero points even though I was pretty confident that I did, but figured they expired with the new year. I got home, checked online, and sure enough… I had 400+ points. Why lie? I’m very disappointed, because they no longer have that reward now.

    This was one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The employees were unfriendly, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. The overall attitude in the store felt hostile and unwelcoming, which completely ruined the visit. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Corporate seriously needs to address the customer service at this location.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All 5 stars for Jallisa at this Sephora! She was absolutely amazing. So friendly, kind, and genuinely patient while answering all my questions. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, from the perfect fragrance to skincare that actually fits me. I never felt rushed, just truly taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of her. Thank you so much, Jallisa! 😊🩷

    We went to this Sephora on a very busy Saturday right after Thanksgiving. I knew what I wanted, so like most times when going to Sephoras across the country, I simply get my items and leave. I do this, as it is usually always so crowded. This visit was no different, as the store was jam packed with customers. I had difficulty finding one item, but the associate was very quick to help me locate it. The cashier was professional and pleasant. Overall, I my experience was a great one and I was highly impressed by how kind and attentive the staff were on this very busy shopping day. We will return when back in the area (we live in Wilmington).
