  I requested an appointment for Stirling Mason at 9 am, only to find that he wasn't at the loft nor could I reach him by text. I finally caught him by phone - during which he told me that he texted out my appointment change to 5:30....for which I never received a text about nor was my appointment changed online through Salon Lofts. I appreciate Stirling not letting me hang for too long, but I don't appreciate the listed appointment time not actually being available nor the lack of timely communication.

  I’ve been here 3 times and have yet to get my hair cut. Sterling is clearly unorganized, he canceled my appointment on Monday without me knowing , so I showed up and waited 30 minutes. When I called him he said that he sent me a text which I never received saying he wanted to reschedule. Well the day of the new appointment comes and he’s nowhere to be found… again. I call him … again and he asks me to meet him in an hour and a half.. sure no problem. The time comes and still.. no sterling. I only have 1 day off a week so my time is very valuable to me and this is getting ridiculous. I will not be back and do not recommend scheduling with sterling unless you have time to kill or want to call him 24/7

  I've been here since April and I absolutely LOVE IT! This is a great concept and gives each owner the flexibility to run their own business, but have support at the same time. Come see me for your nail care needs! Loft 3!
