Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. She was amazing! Took the time to show me the products, gave me great recommendations and gave me an overall amazing experience at lush, its been about 5+ years that i’ve gone into a lush but this location is great! Amazing staff! Highly recommend this location!

Initially, when inquiring about a birthday party, Krissy was friendly and quickly sent me an email when I called on 11/3. But after I responded, I got no follow-up. I had to reach out again on 11/7 but still didn’t get any response. After that I did what any normal customer would do, I followed up and called the store. Krissy answered again and was helpful. Kristy passed the call off to KC who was the person I was waiting on the entire time to follow up. When K.C., the lead, finally got back to me, she was condescending and unhelpful.She followed up and basically said we can’t accommodate your request for that time on that day. When I returned a message asking if other times that day were available by email, I received no response. So, I called again (especially because their booking paperwork mentions you have to select options well in advance for order, I wanted to make sure I didn’t miss the window). The moment KC realized who I was, her tone turned annoyed and dismissive, as if I was bothering her for asking about availability. Instead of offering clear options, she just made me feel like I should have known their schedule in advance stating “Well, if other times were available, I would’ve mentioned that in the email!” Clearly, the messaging did not imply that all times on that day were unavailable and I’ve attached communication to prove that. The experience was unprofessional, untimely, and left a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely won’t be returning to this store.
