  I had never been waxed before and was nervous to finally try it. Karen helped me get over the nervousness and made the experience really nice. She is so knowledgeable and made sure I understood what to expect through the process. The results have been amazing and I intend to keep coming back!

  Great salon. The environment is clean and smells amazing!! Karen is always up best and kind, she makes you feel comfortable , she is very professional and honestly just great at what she does!! Book the appointment, you will be glad to did!!

  Love coming here it’s my go to wax place price is super fair and paying a deposit makes it super easy now I feel like I’m paying less the day of ! The results are also amazing and the process is super easy and comforting will definitely be coming back again !

  BUYER BEWARE! I'm revising my rating based on my last experience with Siren Waxing. In order to book an appointment, you need to secure a deposit that is close to, if not the entire cost of the services. You are prompted to read & agree to Karen's Booking Policy before making an appointment. While, in hindsight, I can see it could be implied that she will retain your deposit, it merely hints at it, by stating that if you contact her within 24 hours of your appointment to cancel or reschedule you will be notified it is "too late" and you will forfeit your deposit, and be expected to pay the balance of any services not included in the deposit. This implies that prior to the 24 hour no-cancelation policy there would be other options available; at least to reschedule. I find her Booking Policy language to be ambiguous & shady, at best. According to Karen she has to "be fair to all clients". Keeping someone's money for making an appointment is many things, but definitely not "fair", What she conveniently leaves out is you are paying to make an appointment, not receive services. No consideration is given to an emergency situation, a medical reason that may make it impossible to receive services at that time or may negatively impact others should you still show up for your scheduled appointment, canceling multiple days in advance, or the opportunity to rebook. I totally support businesses, especially those of a personal service nature, requiring & keeping a deposit if a client is a no-show, or does not give adequate notice of canceling. But to Karen, it doesn't matter how far in advance of your appointment; if you can't make it she's keeping your money. At the very least her policy should directly & obviously state: ONCE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR OPPORTUNITIES TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN ANY TIME FRAME. SIREN WAXING WILL RETAIN YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT.
