- MSMadison SherrillsMar 24, 20265.0I had such a great experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s thanks to Hassara! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even while she was busy and helping others, she still made sure I felt taken care of and never rushed. She helped me find the perfect concealer, and somehow I ended up leaving with products I didn’t even know I needed but they were exactly right for me. You can tell she really knows her stuff and actually listens to what you want. Customer service like this makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
