  A Girl name Jae, was amazing. She helped me and in 6 minutes I had my foundation and new hair products. Amazing, keep it like that her customer service is great!

  Every time I go into sephora im always nervous about what products to choose. Lucian (hope i spelled correctly) came to my rescue and helped me become confident on choosing the right shades/products. The best personable service I've had in such a long time i felt so seen and comfortable. Thank you Lucian!

  I just went there with my daughter we were wanting to look at the lip gloss edem. We browsed the store before looking to see if there was anything new. Me and my daughter was standing at the fragrance wall and the associate that was helping another customer just completely stepped all over us. Very rude and disrespectful. The associate had dreads and glasses. Me and my daughter (black) got over looked by everyone and all the white pepper that game in or lighter skinned customers got greeted and treated fairly.

  Went here to get some foundation. One of the employee ask me what size is wanted for Giorgio Armani foundation . I ask for a small size because I wanna make sure I test wear it for a day too see how it fits with me skin. The employee made a comment stating that , " yes its very expensive ". I was just like, okay I get that i dress trashy and came in without makeup. Judging someone how they look doesn't define how rich they are. But it was so unnecessary to make that comment to a customer. They just lost a customer. Sephora needs to train their employee on having great customer service and most of the employee there are just rude with bitchy face that aren't happy to work there. The employee was a black girl who thinks she know how to face match your skin color, but unfortunately she couldn't even match my correct color. Had to return the foundation regardless because it doesn't even match my skintone. I wish I can give it a no star.
