- BSBiral Shah3 days ago1.0Lady name Tony was not professional . She got offended bcaz I was standing across my son while cutting hair. Every parents do it most of the time . Kids they cannot express themselves how to cut there hair at that time parents comes in that part. Stylist was rude as well while talking and she don’t want me to stand next to my son when my son needed me , her answer was it was distraction for her. Never had these issue earlier in great clips. Definitely it’s pathetic

- MTM TMar 10, 20261.0Just had the worst experience with Francesca. I asked for 1.5 inches off and she chopped off at least four. She knew she messed up too and didn’t ask me what I thought of my haircut or how it was, just rushed to get me out of door. When I came back in to tell her it was uneven and much shorter than I asked she kept gaslighting me and saying “no it’s even and only 1.5 inches, we make sure of that here”. ???? What does that even mean? On top of that, she was incredibly rough with my hair, constantly pulling it and running her comb aggressively through any tangles. Please save yourself the annoyance and pain and go to the great clips in kannapolis. It’s not far from here and your hair will thank you. For reference, I attached pictures of my hair the length it was when I walked in vs when I walked out. It’s at least 3.5 inches shorter, 2 more than what I asked. Idk in what world or what measuring system that’s just 1.5 inches.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
