We are minutes away from Charlotte uptown inside NC top mall with a variety of Stores. Black Cloud is an East Coast brand with a well known reputation for maintaining the quality of Art and Studio with the professional service you deserve. This is our 7th Location and our first in Concord, NC. We are here to provide the cleanest sterile environment and great tattoos/piercings to the great County of Carrabus.
