  Lynette was absolutely fantastic! She had excellent pressure and knew exactly how to dig into the knots in my back without hurting. I highly recommend requesting her for your next visit. Great location too.

  I recently visited The NOW Massage in South End Charlotte, and it truly felt like a mini escape. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere gave off the most calming, tropical vibes—like you’re stepping into a peaceful retreat rather than a typical spa. I had a 50-minute massage, and it was incredible. The overhead sounds of gentle beach waves made it so easy to fully relax and disconnect, which I loved. Everything felt intentional, from the aesthetic to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and reset, this is definitely it. I’ll absolutely be back!

  I had such a wonderful first experience today! Elle at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Lynette was awesome, she used exactly the right amount of pressure, and made sure to check in with me. The space is a vibe and put me in such a relaxed state. I was a little nervous from seeing photos ahead of time that the curtain partitions would not cut off noise effectively, but the strong sound machine solved that problem, and I felt like the only person in the building. I loved the heat wrap for the extra tension in my neck and back, and I feel amazing after my service today! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

  Just visited the Now Massage Southend (Charlotte). It was a great experience and one I booked on a whelm. Never heard of this place before. Very calming atmosphere, smells great, nice accommodating staff and Lynette is an AMAZING massage therapist. Such a gentle spirit and she took the time to pour into me with kind words before and after my session. I will be asking for her by name in the future. I just got really lucky this time. Great, satisfying service!
