  The employees are really friendly and greet you upon arrival. They are knowledgeable as well. I wish they had Charlotte tilbury products but nonetheless they are a good place to go if you just need to restock on your products.

  I’m a big fan of Sephora and at times shop in Kohl’s. Unfortunately things have went downhill regarding Customer Service!!! Paid a visit there recently during a weekday evening . Customer service was disappointing!!!! Not sure of the employee’s name but I witnessed her be very rude and disrespectful to a customer. I decided not to purchase anything from Sephora and Kohl’s. One evening there wasn’t anyone ( employee) available to assist me in Sephora. I actually had to find someone in the store to assist me?? I will not be returning to this location! Please educate your staff on how Customer Service is handled. Particularly SEPHORA!
