  This store just isn't it!!! This has to be the rudest Sephora I have ever visited. I was in the store for 15 minutes and no one asked me if I even needed help first of all. A young lady reached right near my face where I was looking and didn't even say excuse me and was very disrespectful when I let her know what she did. I waited until the customer she was helping left before I said something to her because I didn't want to embarrass her. Instead of saying I'm sorry she gave me attitude!!!! I was asking another coworker if she was the manager and I began telling her what happened and the young lady approached me telling me I don't have to tell her coworker what happened. I told her she doesn't have a right to tell me what I can and can't say to her coworker. Who does she think she is? I told her to swallow her pride. With that attitude she definitely won't get very far in life. She kept going on and on and being disrespectful. I know she was younger than both of my children to be in my face talking rude to a customer and older woman. The manager checked me out and told me "here" after I paid for my items. I told her she didn't even say thank you to me. Too many have attitudes on that store!! I will continue to visit and everytime they give attitude I'm gonna say something until they get their attitudes in check. I don't care how much makeup they wear nothing can cover up those nasty attitudes. A good face wipe is what some of them need to fix those ugly nasty attitudes!!!! Corporate needs to address this location because this isn't the first time I've seen noticed how these young women behave. I'm the customer and paying my money for good customer service and I get disrespect!!! Do better!!!! The service date is today 3/17 at 3:52 pm.

  The customer service here is the worst. The women are so rude. I dread having to go in store bc of how awful they treat their customers at this location. I really hope the manager sees this and resets the staff. I can’t tell you how many thousands of dollars I spend a year here between myself, gifts for family and friends and my 13 year old daughter and this location is by far the worst customer service we have repeatedly received in the 3 states we have lived in.

  The service is terrible. You walk into the store and have to look for the consultants who are standing in a crowd, chatting amongst themselves, and it's awkward to approach them and ask anything. Eventually, we managed to approach them and ask a question, but then they ran off to another corner in the same group, probably because the customers were bothering them.
