  I usually don’t post negative reviews but this is the third time I’ve been treated poorly by this brand in a week. I was sent a birthday coupon in the mail and when using the code online it said I had two insider accounts and the code wouldn’t work. Called customer service, they couldn’t help. So I went to place order anyways and it added a $95 charge for credit card fee. Had to call customer service again who then needed me to call their credit card company to ensure I hadn’t been hacked. Thankfully I wasn’t and it was purely an error on Sephora.com. After fixing issue I placed order for pickup, tried to get my free gift but it said I had to ask the store for it and couldn’t put it in my cart. Got to store today and wanted to ask about the multiple insider accounts and my free gift but the woman decided instead of helping me she would just say there wasn’t anyway I got a mailer for my birthday; they don’t do that. Such poor customer service and honestly all she had to do was listen to me for longer than the 5 words she let me get out. Do better - people spend way too much with you to be treated like idiots.

  Lola at Sephora was amazing! She has such a great personality and made the whole experience fun and easy. Her knowledge of the products and different brands is incredible. She matched my complexion perfectly on the first try and helped me find a great primer for my oily skin along with a simple nighttime routine for my acne. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. Also loving the store’s new look! #LOLA4PREZ 😉
