  I had such a great experience at the Sephora at the Arboretum. I needed a color match for a foundation and Narsa greeted me at the door and immediately helped me find the perfect color using a camera tool and testing it on my skin. I then asked about a few other products and she was so gracious in showing me around and helping me find products that would go with the foundation I selected and my aging skin. I didn’t feel pressured to buy, everyone I met was lovely, and the store was well organized.

  I visited this location on Saturday and an employee named Juan was amazing so helpful, patient and super professional , I am definitely coming back to this location because of him.

  I will never shop at Sephora Arboretum again. My recent experience was a masterclass in incompetence and rudeness. And it was not the first time, I had a bad experience. I purchased two different white eyelash primers of the same price. The sales assistant explicitly promised me that if I wasn't satisfied, I could return or at least exchange them. One turned out to be great, but the other was useless. When I went back to exchange the faulty one, the store didn't have the other brand in stock. Despite the earlier promise, they refused to give me a refund. Apparently, their return policy is strictly 30 days, and since I arrived on day 31, they wouldn't budge—completely ignoring the fact that I was following their employee's verbal instructions. To make matters worse, the young man claiming to be the manager was incredibly rude. Instead of trying to help, he talked down to me and gave me a lecture in a very disrespectful tone. Save your money and your nerves—shop somewhere else where customers are actually valued and not lied to. As you can see, the owner didn't even bother to read my message. His (means AI) response is just almost the same to everyone. It is not taking care of the customer, how it used to be.
