- SJShakila JamesApr 3, 20265.0I would think purchasing these Lush products was the highlight of my visit but it was not. The service of the sale’s clerk Simon is what did it for me. Made my entire day & had me super excited to spend my money with the company. Simon’s energy was so welcoming, professional with a touch of being personable (remembering myself & my friend Keith’s names), patient (as I’m a new Lusher and had a thousand & one questions) but also VERY knowledgeable of EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT I ASKED ABOUT! Something that was very impressive was when we first began, he asked me what my favorite scent profiles are. EVERYTHING Simon recommended, from my answer, was spot on. Simon also included Keith (who is not a body product person at all) in the adventure giving him samples for his beard & his scalp that Keith has reported back saying he is wholeheartedly enjoying & feels the difference it’s been making in his skin care routine. Keith even wanting to go back soon to get a skin care routine recommendation from Simon. If y’all are ever in SouthPark mall and find yourselves in Lush cosmetics, DEFINITELY ask for Simon! I can assure that you will NOT be disappointed. Such great customer service!!

I stopped in after a doctors appointment with partially dilated eyes (so I had trouble reading things) and Samantha was so sweet and helpful. She offered recommendations based on scents that interested me and was very candid with her feedback on certain products for different hair types. Samantha, you were right, the Manuka honey in the Paddington Soap is hard to smell in the store but it was HEAVEN at home. Thanks!!
