  I have always loved this place and still do but the older lady in the second chair I went yesterday and she was so rough and pulled my skin I miss the lady in the cash register last time I went the other lady in the first chair did my eyebrows they were now that bad but this lady is not gentle I told her I wanted shape not thin and she thinned my eyebrows so much!! Also cut my skin avoid the older lady one eh second chair

  Devki is absolutely amazing at eyebrow threading! Quick, efficient, and incredibly gentle….she makes the whole experience so comfortable. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and the end result is always perfection. My brows have never looked better. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for flawless shaping!

  I just moved to Charlotte 6 months ago and was lucky to find Devki at my local idolize brows and beauty. She’s always so sweet and takes her time to do my eyebrows that are always growing in their own pattern lol. She really cares about my eyebrows and takes her time to style them, Devki is the best!

  Devki is amazing with my eyebrows. As I’ve aged and had some health problems my outer eyebrows won’t lay flat and have have thinned out weirdly so I knew I needed help but didn’t know where to go. My sister who has thick luscious brows had been coming here and raved about Devki’s expertise. I came and explained to Devki that I needed my eyebrows to somehow look full and have shape and she came through! I come here all the time now and now only do I look well groomed but my outer eyebrows are starting to grow in! Devki is professional, timely, attentive, kind and always full of joy and warmth.

  Devki is the BEST eyebrow threader at this location and in Charlotte!! I have gone to her for years starting at the old location on S. Tryon St. and followed her to this new location off of Steele Creek Rd. I absolutely love her work and refer everybody I know to use her. Her customer service matches her threading skills!! I highly recommend her!
