The store was ok, not the best variety…Ulta/Sephora offer more and they are actually nice to their potential customers.

I have an account and they verified the receipt. However, I was told I can’t return it by mail and must drive two hours to the store for an exchange. I expected much better service and flexibility from a brand I’ve trusted for years.
