Paid a visit there recently during a weekday evening . Customer service was disappointing!!!! Not sure of the employee’s name but I witnessed her be very rude and disrespectful to a customer. I decided not to purchase anything from Sephora and Kohl’s. One evening there wasn’t anyone ( employee) available to assist me in Sephora. I actually had to find someone in the store to assist me?? I will not be returning to this location! Please educate your staff on how Customer Service is handled. Particularly SEPHORA!

The employee (I wish I could remember their name!) was so friendly and really took the time to help me find what I was looking for. Left a lasting impression because it was also a little busier than normal because of the Sephora Sale. So excited to finally have a Sephora in the area, especially with great service!
