The customer service here is the worst. The women are so rude. I dread having to go in store bc of how awful they treat their customers at this location. I really hope the manager sees this and resets the staff. I can’t tell you how many thousands of dollars I spend a year here between myself, gifts for family and friends and my 13 year old daughter and this location is by far the worst customer service we have repeatedly received in the 3 states we have lived in.

The service is terrible. You walk into the store and have to look for the consultants who are standing in a crowd, chatting amongst themselves, and it's awkward to approach them and ask anything. Eventually, we managed to approach them and ask a question, but then they ran off to another corner in the same group, probably because the customers were bothering them.

I walked in 10 minutes before closing. These ladies were so kind to have Helped me and gave me some options without hesitation or any sense annoyance. I appreciate the kindness and had a lovely time wearing all my new beauty products!!

Realized I posted this for the wrong store, meant to post it for the Rea Rd location.
Worst customer service ever. Yesterday was the third time I went to this new location and I’ve been shopping at Sephora for decades. I arrived with the intention two exchange two items, one being an Anastasia eyebrow marker, I had the wrong color (another story there of customer service). So I had my hands full already and was trying to test the different colors on my brows to see which one matched but the mirror above the end cap is far away so you can’t really see what your doing. Behind me was an empty makeup station so I went over there to use that mirror and again my hands are full so I put down my phone and keys and the couple of products so I can try this eyebrow pen and this woman who is doing someone’s makeup at the other end gets my attention and says do you have an appointment, I said no I was just trying to test this to see if it’s a match and she immediately says you can’t use that space it’s reserved for customers getting their makeup done. I said okay no one is here and the other mirror is far away and I would like to make sure I’m color matching this product. She said no you can’t be here and I said I will be a minute and she again said no you can’t be here you have to move. I was in shock, here I am a customer trying to figure out a color match with no help from anyone, no one asked me if I needed help even though I was standing and staring at the eyebrow products for about 5-10 minutes so I’m trying to figure it out and this woman doesn’t even offer to ask if I needed help but instead tells me I need to move. I said great customer service you have and walked away with my things. Finally other employees came over at that time and asked if I needed assistance and I said no I’ve got it handled. Not once in my life have I been treated so rudely by an employee somewhere let alone treated like I’m not a paying customer and completely ignored. Worst experience at any Sephora location. What’s funny is that the customer sitting in the chair actually said there’s a mirror over there that’s closer, the CUSTOMER!!! Not the employee!!!!
The last time I was there was about a week before with my mom and I was trying to help her find a foundation for mature skin and color match her. One girl came up finally after several test patches on her face from what I found and I asked what makeup is good for mature skin and she didn’t really know but recommended Nars and I said I was trying to match her color and she said ok but didn’t proceed to help us with it, instead there were people in front of the makeup already and she said oh just tell them excuse me and try and find a color. Shocked beyond belief that this is how they treat customers, where’s the customer service? I ended up finding a color to match my mom’s skin tone and someone came over at the end and confirmed that was a good color lol. I mean really? Not only is this makeup very expensive but you have no true help to figure out a makeup line for mature skin and someone to actually help you find a color match. If you can’t do your job then find someone who is there that could’ve helped us! I don’t understand the people that work there and there seems to be a lot of employees. They need to know the product to help customers especially when it’s anywhere from $30-60 for products. If they can’t help then I may as well shop at a drug store and I feel like a lot of people go in there for help like me but do not actually get the help they need. So disappointing coming to this store after going to so many Sephora all over and actually having people be friendly and help you. I’ll continue to go to other Sephora's or shop online.
