  Terrible customer service at the store. I called the Sephera customer service number and spoke to a very helpful person. I explained that out cologne sampler didnt have a redeemable voucher in it. She said to go to the store since this was an online store pickup. I went to the store and spoke to a person named Amy (asm!). I explained my situation, that I felt ripped off having spent $100 for a few samples with no voucher. She laughed at me and said I must have thrown it away (she said this happens all the time with this product) and there was nothing she could do. If this happens all the time, and Sephora does nothing, that is equivalent to deliberate deception. I told her Sephora customer service said she could help. She said they never say anything like that - effectively asserting that I was lying. I expressed my dissatisfaction and she smiled. I will not longer allow my 3 teenagers to shop at Sephora. Its been a long time since ive been so angry at a store.

  today shift manager at 8pm was beyond rude and unhelpful, please do something about it. staring customers down is not ok, older lady with white and black hair is not welcoming and refused to answer any questions, makes me not want to spend my dollars - the stylists are great but she is a problem. if it weren’t for one of the stylists KITTY i would have left, i’m appalled that in 2026 we are still treating people of color weird in high end stores. I make more than most of the folks visiting the store but the senior lady kept following me around. making me very uncomfortable

  Listen to the reviews saying customer service is horrible, because it is! I’ve only ever had a good experience in the perfume section and body care in the back right, and those instances have been very rare. Just got lucky for the gems that were working that day! Most will look at you crazy when you ask a question

  When I walked into Sephora, I wasn’t greeted even though there were at least 3 associates at the front. Once I made my way to the fragrance section, I noticed two associates, one was a black woman with a ponytail and a guy were in the area. However, no one asked me if I needed help or said anything to me. They seemed more invested in their conversation. I approached another associate who was helpful as I informed her that I wanted to purchase perfume. She had blonde hair and seemed a little older. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve walked out the store. The customer service at the Concord and South Blvd locations are way better! I won’t return to this location.

  Rude and unhelpful. I was trying to get a present for my wife and the worker wouldn’t let me go to another side of the store and kept pointing at the exit when I wasn’t even trying to get in line I was trying to get something else. Needless to say I put my items down and went somewhere else. It’s a shame that employees don’t know how to navigate a busy store at Christmas time as if they aren’t expecting it.
