  I got charged twice for an item (1) that I got and they have the audacity to tell me they can't help me over the phone. I explained that I live 2 hours away and their customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. They can't even give me store credit for a double charge their employee made at the store. Sephora this is how you get millions ??? do better, now you lost a loyal customer. It's not for the money, it's because your employees should be focused instead of chatting while ringing the products. Now anyone can help me unless I take a day off and I drive 4 hours. I've been on the phone with customer service, they can't help either.

  I cannot be more grateful for the experience I had with Jean at Sephora when I went to return a product I had. Instead of trying to sell me a product she went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about certain products for my face. Relaying personal experiences to help me guide on my skincare journey. If anyone has helped me at all it’s Jean she’s given me more knowledge than some professionals so please I cannot be more thankful for her 🙏🏼

  Terrible customer service at the store. I called the Sephera customer service number and spoke to a very helpful person. I explained that out cologne sampler didnt have a redeemable voucher in it. She said to go to the store since this was an online store pickup. I went to the store and spoke to a person named Amy (asm!). I explained my situation, that I felt ripped off having spent $100 for a few samples with no voucher. She laughed at me and said I must have thrown it away (she said this happens all the time with this product) and there was nothing she could do. If this happens all the time, and Sephora does nothing, that is equivalent to deliberate deception. I told her Sephora customer service said she could help. She said they never say anything like that - effectively asserting that I was lying. I expressed my dissatisfaction and she smiled. I will not longer allow my 3 teenagers to shop at Sephora. Its been a long time since ive been so angry at a store.
