Worst customer service ever. Yesterday was the third time I went to this new location and I’ve been shopping at Sephora for decades. I arrived with the intention two exchange two items, one being an Anastasia eyebrow marker, I had the wrong color (another story there of customer service). So I had my hands full already and was trying to test the different colors on my brows to see which one matched but the mirror above the end cap is far away so you can’t really see what your doing. Behind me was an empty makeup station so I went over there to use that mirror and again my hands are full so I put down my phone and keys and the couple of products so I can try this eyebrow pen and this woman who is doing someone’s makeup at the other end gets my attention and says do you have an appointment, I said no I was just trying to test this to see if it’s a match and she immediately says you can’t use that space it’s reserved for customers getting their makeup done. I said okay no one is here and the other mirror is far away and I would like to make sure I’m color matching this product. She said no you can’t be here and I said I will be a minute and she again said no you can’t be here you have to move. I was in shock, here I am a customer trying to figure out a color match with no help from anyone, no one asked me if I needed help even though I was standing and staring at the eyebrow products for about 5-10 minutes so I’m trying to figure it out and this woman doesn’t even offer to ask if I needed help but instead tells me I need to move. I said great customer service you have and walked away with my things. Finally other employees came over at that time and asked if I needed assistance and I said no I’ve got it handled. Not once in my life have I been treated so rudely by an employee somewhere let alone treated like I’m not a paying customer and completely ignored. Worst experience at any Sephora location. What’s funny is that the customer sitting in the chair actually said there’s a mirror over there that’s closer, the CUSTOMER!!! Not the employee!!!!
The last time I was there was about a week before with my mom and I was trying to help her find a foundation for mature skin and color match her. One girl came up finally after several test patches on her face from what I found and I asked what makeup is good for mature skin and she didn’t really know but recommended Nars and I said I was trying to match her color and she said ok but didn’t proceed to help us with it, instead there were people in front of the makeup already and she said oh just tell them excuse me and try and find a color. Shocked beyond belief that this is how they treat customers, where’s the customer service? I ended up finding a color to match my mom’s skin tone and someone came over at the end and confirmed that was a good color lol. I mean really? Not only is this makeup very expensive but you have no true help to figure out a makeup line for mature skin and someone to actually help you find a color match. If you can’t do your job then find someone who is there that could’ve helped us! I don’t understand the people that work there and there seems to be a lot of employees. They need to know the product to help customers especially when it’s anywhere from $30-60 for products. If they can’t help then I may as well shop at a drug store and I feel like a lot of people go in there for help like me but do not actually get the help they need. So disappointing coming to this store after going to so many Sephora all over and actually having people be friendly and help you. I’ll continue to go to other Sephora's or shop online.

I’m Baaaaaack!!!!🙋🏾♀️
It’s Me Stef ! Let’s talk about SOUTHPARK MALL….🤔
With so many wild events on social media about SOUTHPARK .. like “ KAREN “ catching a beat down in the food court … or Young Black Male being treated like he doesn’t have enough money to shop on the “ quiet side” of SOUTHPARK MALL…or … here’s a BIG ONE… the mall collapsing 👀……
This morning I was given a reason to like this mall again…
I’m from this area so I’m more than familiar with this mall and the ways it has fit into the shopping community over the years.
SEPHORA.
I went in to pick up my “ best skin ever”concealer that I love so much in 57Y.. only to discover that shade has been discontinued ….and might I add…. This product LASTS A LONG TIME .. it lays on your skin great … you should try it .
So I go in between 10:00 am- 10:30am to locate my concealer …
I did makeup as a stylist for several years with FASHION FAIR and then for myself as STEVIE STYLES music&makeup…
So I don’t particularly need help in these settings … however a DELIGHTFUL young lady approached to ask me if I needed assistance … I told her they didn’t have my concealer shade ( lowkey at this point , I was irritated about this)..
It’s almost as if she sensed that i was irritated - but decided she was going to stay close by anyway…. Almost like shopping with a friend….
MIND YOU…. Yall this is the FIRST TIME I HAD BEEN IN SOUTHPARK SEPHORA AND WAS OFFERED ANYYYYY ASSISTANCE!!
The last time I was there , about 3 months prior I kept getting eyeballed as if I was a shoplifter , but not a “ HELLO” on site..just EYEBALLED….👀
I told this young lady this was the first time I was ever offered assistance , and I appreciated that .
She showed me options . She gave me ideas. She let me explore , then she returned and closed the sale … with that same beautiful personality she had from the beginning of our encounter .
Her name is Haley …. Check her out at SEPHORA SOUTHPARK.
She’s there usually during the day … she’s helpful and knowledgeable which can be a rare find in today’s customer service streets.
It’s nice to meet people who are nice …. And knowledgeable … and … NOT JUST PEEKING AT YOU from around the endcaps…. Yall know how they do…
I just thought I’d let you know who to talk to when you go out for your next makeup pickup.
Thank you for reviewing my review.
Check out my other reviews … let me know what you think 😅
Go say hi to HaLey … tell her you saw her beautiful face on a google review .
Shoutout to SEPHORA management Team SOUTHPARK!
HALEY was a breath of fresh air for me this morning.
💥💥❤️THANK YOU HALEY!❤️💥💥
Next time…. Let’s go eat!!!

There were tons of people in line, but it went so fast thanks to Talia! She was super sweet and helpful. Paul was also amazing! He had professional advice- it was like going to a dermatologist and a skincare professional. Serious skill!!! Thank you Sephora!

I was helped by Kianna today and I had such an amazing experience! For a busier mall, I had a one on one experience and enjoyed every moment of it! I even ended up picking up some extra items!
