  I’ll start by saying their customer service is really good, they are very communicative and responsive. They seem friendly and always remind you when you have an appointment which is nice. I had a free 8 session package here. I chose a small area that really wasn’t a big issue at all to begin with, very light and barely noticeable hair in this area. But I thought it would be nice to have it done considering it was free and it would be great to not have to shave there. Well ever since I’ve had sessions there, my hair now grows thicker and there’s a lot more than before. So what wasn’t even an issue has become a problem for me. I don’t understand why. I explained to the staff and they tried to blame it on me taking b12 supplements. I looked it up and researched for a while and could find zero scientific evidence or even personal experiences of b12 affecting hair growth when it comes to laser treatments. I mean I could not even find a single article or statement on it so pretty sure they just were looking for reasons to not be the blame and to cast blame on me instead. They then said it was normal sometimes for it to grow thicker at first and it would get better with more sessions, which was not true for me. I’m very disappointed even considering it was free, never mind if I had paid. After 4 sessions, I had to stop because I’m afraid I’ll permanently have thicker hair growth there now. They are also VERY pushy about selling other services or getting referrals. I kept telling them I’m not interested in other services especially since the one I’m getting isn’t even effective. Now I have hair in an embarrassing place where I barely had it before. I’m worried it might be permanent, only time will tell… I won’t be back and I won’t recommend it to others. I’m scared to even get laser treatment again from here or anywhere so I probably won’t ever. I’ll just shave…I mean really, shaving isn’t that big a deal anyways it’s definitely better than having hair grow back thicker after having multiple uncomfortable treatments.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Semper. The pricing and packages are affordable and a fantastic value. Also, the staff at the Toringdon location is incredible! Ashley (the manager) has been so helpful from the start and the technicians have great bedside manner that made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Semper to anyone interested in laser treatments!

  Love the service here! Staff is friendly and they do a wonderful job at explaining the entire process. Also perfect for people of color! They cater to all skin tones, types and textures. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely continue going here❤️
