- BWBrent WhitleyApr 15, 20251.0If I could leave zero stars I would, not by my experience but what my wife has went through. This company is a money grab and clearly not doing well financially. My wife has had reactions to her laser hair treatments and they would not cancel and advised her to consult a doctor. She went to a dermatologist and advised her to stop treatment right away. She contacted this local franchise who advised her to complete the cancellation form with a letter from her dermatologist, which she did. Fast forward 7-10 days and no response from the company. Nothing! No call back, no emails, NOTHING. They just pulled another $200 from our account today! Be warned, no matter how this franchise owner comments to this post or my wife’s, this is not ethical and honestly fraud at this point. STAY AWAY!!!
