- CBcaitlyn boydFeb 1, 20261.0I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Rowan. I got a piercing, and not even 24 hours later the earring appeared bent. I went in stores and had the earring looked at. I was told the rod was bent and when I suggested replacing it I received a response and look that made me feel like replacing a very expensive earring that was defective was an outrageous request. I reached out to customer support and was continually told that the earring is supposed to bend, confusing me further in whether or not the jewelry I bought was of expected quality for the price that I paid. I sent a video of the earring as requested by customer service, only to be told that nothing appeared to be wrong with it, but yet still needed to go in stores to have it “fixed”? Overall the in store customer service was poor and online customer service was unhelpful. I do not plan to do further business with Rowan.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
