We were told that the screw back earrings that we purchased from there would not come off unless they removed it. Well, that was a lie…the right one came off TWICE and we went back and were told that because it’s past 30 days (today is November 8th) that we would need to buy a new pair. This is misleading and very much disappointing. We had them to remove the left earring and we are purchasing a new pair of earrings elsewhere.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
