    I had such a wonderful experience here! They were so patient with me while they helped me pick gorgeous pieces to curate a beautiful earring stack. I’m also so grateful for the effort they put into calming me down to make my conch piercing a wonderful experience! I couldn’t recommend this place and the people more.

    Angelie and Maddy were so kind and helpful during my entire visit! We yapped, I got pierced, and they went over aftercare and healing processes! Such a welcoming space and team. 10/10 would recommend, this is the best Rowan location!!! <3

    Had a wonderful experience. Nurse Ashleigh was so sweet & helped my 8 year old get her first ear piercing! She was sweet & professional & made us both feel at ease. The entire process was quick & easy. Highly recommend!!

    The shopping and piercing experience was exceptional. I received one on one service from the nurse and desk associate. I tried on a selection of fine jewelry and found the perfect fit. The nurse was very diligent in explaining the piercing process and I am so happy about how it turned out. Highly recommend!
