- VVVictoria VirellaDec 31, 20251.0I have been coming here for years and never had a problem. This time I come and experienced a new eyebrow tech and she was extremely rough. I’ve had rough techs before where it still came out fine but this time my eyebrows started to feel numb and she said it was hard to do. When I left my eyebrows were extremely swollen and numb, I went to clean them with hydrogen peroxide and antibacterial ointment and they revealed the real problem. She cut me down to the white skin and left what looks like skid marks all over my eyebrows. I went back to ensure a new string was used so that I don’t have to worry about blood borne diseases and HIV. The area manager originally said that they don’t change out the string so when I asked if I need to get tested she said no and that the lady didn’t cut anyone else before me. I said how would you know if I didn’t even know until an hour later. Then the area manager double backed and corrected herself and said they use a new string on each customer. They granted my refund and weren’t very sympathetic at all. I’m so upset and will never come back again.
