  I’ve been going to Nipa for years and she is truly the best! She always gets my brows perfectly shaped—clean, precise, and natural every time. She’s also so kind and makes every visit a great experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows! Highly recommend.

  Don’t go here!!! I’ve been coming here for months, and this is the second time I’ve had this issue. The first time, I brushed it off because everyone has an off day and they usually do a good job. I went in again this afternoon and left with two completely different eyebrows. My eyebrows are my favorite feature, and I like to keep them thick. I specifically asked for a clean-up only, and this is what I walked out with. One eyebrow was made noticeably thinner than the other. I ended up leaving because there was NO WAY I was going to let her touch my other eyebrow and thin it out even more. Very disappointing experience.

  .The friendly professional service one receives at Idolize is simply remarkable. Maria has been my esthetician for over five years now. She has an excellent eye for detail. It’s always a pleasure to see her when she waxes my eyebrows, nose, and ears. Hands down, she makes look my best!

  Truly disappointed 😔 with my recent visit. I typically go to the Huntersville location but decided today to go to this one as it was closer to me. I had high hopes for the service as it is Valentines weekend and I want to look my best. But was let down by the technician Nipa . When I brought up my concerns about the brows looking too thin and the shape not being the same no solution was provided. I asked if a tint could be placed on the brow to make the brow appear thicker and fuller but was told she was not trained for that service. I then asked if a credit could be made to my bill and was told she was not authorized to make changes to payments but she would put a note on my account for a future discount. I needed a solution immediately not in the future. I’m now suck with thin brows that will take months to grow back.

  Beautiful decor and very clean. Walk-in threading service was quick and my brows look very nice. Though thinner then I usually go, they were definitely shaped well! Would be 5 stars except I was going to book a tinting appointment at the end and I wanted to know more about the products/ingredients because I have known allergies. They were very short with the response, wouldn’t share the ingredient details, and rushed me out, though they weren’t busy. While that was disappointing as a first time customer, I would still come again for the threading service without question.
