I constantly told him to make it short, but he didn't listen to me. Also when I went to my kid's chair, he told me not to come closer to my kid. Also the back portion of the hair was uneven. I told him to make it even, but he was like, he did it great, as if am seeing something wrong. I just wasted my $18 with $3 tips. Am very disappointed.

When I get there I see someone in regular clothes (I can’t tell if he’s the employee or not), eventually he talks to me and tells me I need to wait (making the scheduled appointment pointless). Soon after I checked the app and left to another nearby Great Clips and got it cut immediately there. Everybody’s experience is going to be different. My recommendation to you is just to go another Great Clips location that’s more professional, especially if you’re planning on checking in online
