Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she repeatedly blamed past stylists for not leaving notes. When we asked to simply check out and leave, she insisted on adding notes and, in a loud and condescending tone, remarked, “very conscious about receding hairline.” This was unprofessional and unnecessary. Will not be returning. A photo of the haircut is attached as proof.
