Your daughter walked into the salon in the middle of December wearing a g string bathing suit and immediately began yelling at the woman who was present. Her behavior was aggressive and extremely inappropriate. Your daughter was not a client. She did not receive a service and was not checked in or serviced at all. Based on that alone, she should not have received a refund without her boyfriend being present, since he was the actual client. Refunding someone who was not serviced sets a dangerous precedent. By that logic, anyone could walk in, cause a disturbance, and demand a refund without receiving a service. Given the behavior that took place, there is also concern that the situation may have been recorded or used to cause harm, especially considering how confrontational and disrespectful the entrance was. The narrative being shared does not align with what actually occurred. I hope this message reaches the appropriate parties, because the termination being justified with false claims is not accurate.
